Basketball competitions among higher education institutions

From May 20 to 21, competitions among higher education institutions in basketball were held, in which 10 teams took part. In the first match, the KNURE team won over the team of the V. Karazina Kharkiv National University, confidently advancing to the semi-finals. There, in a tense and spectacular fight, only 1 point separated our athletes from victory over the «POLITEKHNIK» team.
The third game – against the Yaroslav Wise National Law University – was a real test. It was the second meeting of the day, despite the fatigue, the guys fought for every ball until the final whistle. According to the results of the tournament, our team took 4th place.
Yatsenko Bogdan (KIUKI-23-6) was recognized as the best player of the team – a real leader on the court.
