In memory of Professor Stanislav Tanyansky

May 24 is the birthday of Professor Stanislav Tanyansky.
Stanislav Fedorovich has not been with us for two years now, but his name will forever remain part of the history of the Kharkov National University of Radio Electronics, student sports and the department of physical education and sports.
For more than 50 years, Professor Tanyansky headed the Department of Physical Education at KNURE, devoting his life to the development of student sports, physical education and youth education. He was not only an outstanding leader and teacher, but also a person who united a generation of students, teachers and athletes around him.
Professor Tanyansky was a true volleyball veteran, a man who sincerely loved the sport and passed on this love to his students and colleagues.
His work, humanity, wisdom and dedication left a deep mark in the hearts of many people.
He left behind not only the department and long-term sports traditions, but also a whole generation of students and athletes who continue his work today.
WE WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER PROFESSOR STANISLAV TANYANSKY AS A MAN WITH A CAPITAL P, A TRUE PROFESSIONAL AND FRIEND OF STUDENT SPORTS.
