KNURE student – finalist of the European Championship in acrobatic rock and roll

On June 6, 2026, the European Acrobatic Rock and Roll Championship and the World Cup stage under the auspices of the World Rock and Roll Confederation (WRRC) took place in Bochum (Germany). The strongest athletes and teams from Europe took part in the prestigious international competitions, competing in the Main Class Freestyle, Main Class Contact Style, Girls Formation and Lady Formation disciplines.
The Kharkov National University of Radio Electronics was worthily represented by a student of the AKTAKIT-25-1 group, Timur Khapersky. As a result of a tense struggle, the athlete demonstrated a high level of skill and managed to enter the finals of the European Championship, which is a significant achievement in the international sports arena.
Reaching the finals of the continental championship confirms the high level of training of the athlete, his perseverance, determination and ability to successfully compete with the leading representatives of acrobatic rock and roll in Europe.
KNURE pays great attention to the development of student sports and support of talented youth, creating conditions for combining successful studies and a sports career. The achievement of Timur Khapersky is a striking example of how university students worthily represent Ukraine and KNURE at top-level international competitions.
