Today is the day when you can change your life for the benefit of your own health, the world celebrates World No Tobacco Day. This day was started to popularize a healthy lifestyle, the benefits of clean air, and freedom from tobacco smoke.
Tobacco poisoning intensifies the course of any disease. Unfortunately, smoking remains one of the most common harmful household habits in the world and the main cause of premature death.
