ІV all-Ukrainian volleyball tournament

On September 27-28, Kharkov hosted the IV All-Ukrainian Volleyball Tournament in memory of Olympic champions of Honored Masters of Sports Yuri Vengerovsky, Yuri Poyarkov and international class master of sports Vasilius Matushevas. The tournament brought together teams from Eastern Ukraine. The parade was attended by Olympic champions, honored masters of sports Vladimir Ivanov, Vladimir Belyaev, Stanislav Lugailo.

Honored guests of the tournament Anatoly Babichev – vice-chairman KhRSA Chairman, Viktor Khristoev – Chairman of the NOC of Ukraine.

In this tournament, as part of the national teams of Kharkov, graduates and employees of our University took part. The diploma of the AVVU was awarded to Oleg Kursky. The best players were the assistant to the rector of KNURE, Kondratyev I. and the senior teacher of the department of the FVS Ponomarenko A.
