Open Cup of the Kharkiv region on the classic bench press

On January 12, 2020, students of our university won three gold and one silver medal in the Open Cup of the Kharkiv region in the classic bench press.

Championship of Kharkov region in weightlifting

December 26, 2019 Kharkov region weightlifting championship. Alexander Kryklya (TRRT-17-1), showed the best result in biathlon, became the silver medalist in the category up to 67 kg.

Powerlifting team took III place in powerlifting

The national team of powerlifting of our university under the guidance of a trainer, senior lecturer of the department of PhES N. Didyuk took honorable III place among 17 teams of Kharkov in the regional sports competitions “Sport throughout life” among students of higher education institutions of the Kharkov region in power lifting, which took place on December 13-15, 2019 in the sports complex of KhTUBA.
The best of the best students of KHNURE defended the honor of our university in these competitions and showed high sports results and personal records.
University Championship in Badminton

December 9-10, 2019 in the KhPI sports complex there were held badminton competitions. Championship of Kharkov universities in the framework of the sports day “Sport throughout life.” The competition was attended by 15 national teams representing 10 universities in Kharkov.
The rank of the competition was very high, the titled athletes of Kharkov and the champions of Ukraine took part in them.

Successful completion of the football season

The national team of KHNURE on football, consisting of foreign students, again successfully completed their performances in the Championship and Cup of Kharkov among sports clubs. At the end of the 2019 season, the team took second place in the Championship and became the Cup finalist.
In recent years, our team rightfully has a reputation as one of the strongest teams in the city, defending the honor of the university. Recall that in 2018 the team became the bronze medalist of the Championship and in a row the last three draws of the Cup became the finalist.
